Ingredients
Tapioca flour ( 90g ) | Milk ( 300g ) |
Black tea ( 10g ) | Brown sugar ( 50g ) |
Sugar ( 10g ) |
How to make pearl milk tea

1.Pour 60g of water and 50g of brown sugar into the pot and cook over low heat until dissolved

2.Pour in 45g of tapioca flour, turn off the heat and stir until completely combined

3.Turn on low heat, add 45g of tapioca flour, and stir until no dry powder forms into a ball
