Eggs ( 1 ) | Brown sugar (appropriate amount) |
My hometown calls it (pouring eggs with boiling water)
1.Put the eggs and brown sugar into a bowl and beat them

2. Boil some boiling water, preferably freshly boiled..After the water boils, add it to the bowl with the eggs.

3. Stir it.It doesn't taste very good, but it works.Be sure to drink it while it's hot.Once in the morning and once in the evening
Tips
When boiling water, you can put a few red dates in it to replenish qi and blood.Hope it could help everyone.What I did might not look pretty..
