Ingredients
Onions ( 1 ) | Shredded pork ( 100g ) |
Chives ( 30g ) | Ginger ( 5g ) |
Cooking wine ( 10g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Starch ( 5 grams ) | |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) | Pepper ( a little ) |
MSG ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry shredded pork with green onions

1. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine and starch to the shredded pork, stir well and marinate for a while

2.Peel the skin of the onion and soak it in water for 2 minutes

3.Pick and wash the chives, cut into inch-sized pieces and set aside

4.Drain the onions and cut into shreds and set aside

5. Prepare the ginger shreds

6.Heat oil in a pan

7.Add in the shredded pork and fry until it changes color

8. Remove and set aside

9.Put on the oil pan , add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

10.Add onion and stir well

11.Add salt and pepper and stir well to taste

12.Add shredded pork and scallions, stir-fry evenly until flavorful

13.Add MSG and stir well

14.Remove from the pan and plate

15.Ready to eat

Tips
Soak the onion in water for 2 minutes and take it out.It will not irritate your eyes when cutting.
