Ingredients
Pork belly with skin ( 350g ) | Potato ( one ) |
Steamed Pork Rice Noodles ( 80g ) | Chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( 4 teaspoons ) |
Soy sauce ( 1 teaspoon ) | Cooking wine ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Fermented bean curd ( 2 pieces ) | Cornstarch ( appropriate amount ) |
Pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make steamed pork with rice flour

1.First wash the pork belly and put it into the pot, pour in water and cook for two minutes, then wash it spare.

2.Then cut the pork belly into thin slices.Finely chop the ginger.

3.Put the sliced meat into a bowl, add light soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and pepper , minced ginger, fermented bean curd, stir everything evenly, add cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for about half an hour.

4.Prepare the steamed pork rice noodles, (I don’t need to add salt)

5.Pour the marinated meat slices into the rice flour and add a little water and stir evenly.

6. Place the mixed meat slices in the steaming bowl, with the skin facing down.(This step is a bit like steaming pork.)

7. Finally, cut the potatoes into pieces and place them on top of the meat slices.Put an appropriate amount of water in the bottom of the pot, then put in the steaming rack, and you can steam it

8.Put it into the pot and press the steam button.If it is steamed in a pressure cooker for about 40 minutes,

9.Tell you again , I also steamed a bowl of rice on it, and all the meals were ready in one pot.

10.Just wait for the food to be cooked together.

11.After the steamer is out of the pot, just turn the steaming bowl upside down on the plate.

12.Finally, sprinkle some green onion for decoration.
Tips
I laid it out neatly for the sake of compiling the recipe.If you eat it at home, it can be simpler.In the fifth step picture, you can add potato cubes, mix well and steam it in the pot.
