Potato roast How to make pork ribs

1. Chop the ribs into 3 cm pieces Wash and set aside.

2. Prepare aniseed.

3. Wash potatoes and carrots and cut into cubes for later use.(As shown in the picture)

4.Put water in the pot, add the pork ribs and when the water boils, take it out.Spare ribs.(Put the ribs in cold water.The purpose is to boil the blood and remove the fishy smell)

9.Wait for 2 minutes to release the air, then put it into the wok, and reduce the juice over high heat.Thicken the gravy before the juice dries up.Once the gravy is thickened, add a little MSG, sesame oil to a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips
It is not easy to cook potatoes and carrots for too long, otherwise they will become rotten and will not take shape.When thickening, don't make it too thick, just a thin layer.Use a spatula to push gently without stirring too hard.(It will taste even better if you have time to cook it in a casserole!)
