Recipe for spicy stir-fried small intestine

1. Finished product picture.

2. Cut the cooked small intestine into small pieces and set aside.

3. Cut the dried chilies into small sections with scissors.

4.Cut green onion and garlic.

5. Heat a small amount of oil in the pot, add dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, then serve.
