How to make boiled dried shreds

1.Fresh river shrimp After buying, freeze for five minutes, peel the shrimps, and remove the shrimp threads.

2.Use a little salt and egg white to scratch the stick, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than two hours.

3. Use a little cooked chicken breast to tear some shredded chicken, Jinhua ham, winter bamboo shoots, and mushroom skins respectively.Cut some thin shreds, wash the vegetable core and coriander leaves and set aside.Prepare an appropriate amount of chicken soup.

4. Seasoning is relatively simple, use salt and a little sugar, pepper, and a fine Shredded ginger.

Tips
When seasoning, you can choose to omit the sugar and pepper.I basically don’t use MSG and chicken essence.Feel free to add some if you like.It is best to use old hen soup that has been simmered for a long time, which has a more pure and rich taste.
