How to stir-fry diced chicken with green pepper

1. Dice the green pepper and blanch the carrot and set aside.Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add salt, pepper, egg white, water starch and mix well, and set aside lubricating oil.

Tips
1.The oil temperature of the diced chicken oil should not be too high, 40% is sufficient.
2.Carrots are hard in texture, blanch them in water.
