Oil ( Adequate amount ) | Salt ( Half teaspoon ) |
cooking wine ( a few drops ) | White sugar ( Half teaspoon ) |
Garlic ( 4 cloves ) |
How to make scrambled eggs with loofah
-

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Peel and wash the loofah, eggs and garlic.

2. Cut the loofah into long strips and dice the garlic.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a few drops of cooking wine and pound them into pieces.(About 3 drops to remove the smell).

4.Add a spoonful of warm water and mix well.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the egg liquid and fry until cooked.

6.Put it into the plate for later use.

7. Leave a little oil in the pot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, add loofah and stir-fry.

8.Add half a bowl of boiling water and fry until cooked.
