How to stir-fry yuba with black fungus

1. Soak the black fungus in advance, wash it, and tear it into small pieces.Soak the yuba until soft and wash it.Wash the green pepper and garlic.

2. Cut the yuba into inch-long sections, cut the green pepper into rings, and dice the garlic.

3. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add garlic and saute until fragrant.

Tips
