How to make chayote and scrambled eggs

1.Wash, core and slice the chayote

2.Crack three eggs and set aside

3.Cut the green onion into pieces Chop green onions, millet peppers, cut into pieces, mince garlic, and set aside

4.Pour oil into the pot , fry the eggs and serve them out

5. Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil, and add onions , garlic, spicy millet, stir-fry

6.Add chayote and stir-fry evenly

7.Fry until 8 minutes cooked, add eggs

8. Stir fry evenly, add salt and chicken essence, and remove from the pot
Tips
Don’t cut the chayote too thickly.Chayote is very ripe and you don’t need to fry it for too long.!
