Chicken legs ( two ) | Mushrooms ( 300g ) |
Onions ( 1 root ) | Ginger ( 4 pieces ) |
Star anise ( 1 piece ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make chicken legs stewed with mushrooms

1.Wash the chicken and put it in a basin.The mushrooms are For sun-dried ones, soak them and then drain them and set aside.

2.Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and prepare a star anise.

3. Heat the oil in the pan.When the oil boils, put the chicken into the pan and stir-fry.

4. Add onions and ginger and continue to stir-fry together.

5. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cooking wine.

6. Fill a bowl of water, add appropriate amount of salt and star anise, and bring to a simmer over high heat.

7. After simmering over high heat for 5 to 8 minutes, add the mushrooms.

Tips
I tend to add a little less soy sauce.Some people also like to add potatoes or vermicelli when making this dish.I still think mushrooms and chicken legs are the most classic and delicious.It depends on everyone's personal taste.Feel free to add them as you like.
