Stir-fried mushrooms How to make sliced meat

1. Ready-made mushrooms bought in supermarkets , blanch the mushrooms in hot water in a pot, rinse twice with cold water and set aside.

2. Put the pork slices into a basin and marinate with cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch for 30 minutes.

3. Cut pepper into sections, mince garlic and ginger.

4. Cut the carrots into diamond-shaped pieces.

5. Heat oil in a pan.When the oil is 7 minutes hot, add a spoonful of Pixian douban Sauté the sauce over low heat until fragrant.

6. Add the marinated meat slices, garlic, and minced ginger and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.

11. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
The mushrooms have already been blanched.Put the last one into the pot and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
