Ingredients
Ribs ( 6-8 ) | Cilantro ( One tree ) |
Cumin powder ( appropriate amount ) | White pepper ( a small spoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( One tablespoon ) | Besta soy sauce ( One tablespoon ) |
Cooking oil ( Two tablespoons ) | Ginger powder ( One small spoon ) |
Cumin pork ribs Recipe

1.Prepare the ribs

2. Mix ginger powder, white pepper powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cumin powder and cooking oil into juice , pour the evenly mixed sauce into the washed ribs, mix well, marinate for two hours, and then put it into the air fryer that has been preheated for five minutes

3. Place in the air fryer and heat for 6-7 minutes

4.Heat in reverse for 3-4 minutes

5.Place on a plate and sprinkle with cumin powder and garnish with coriander
Tips
Be sure to add cooking oil when marinating to lock in the gravy of the ribs and prevent them from being dry when grilled
