Lettuce ( 1 root ) | Shrimp ( 100g ) |
Garlic ( 1 piece ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |
Carrot ( half root ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry shrimps with lettuce

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Slice the ginger and garlic and set aside.

3. Peel the lettuce and cut into strips.

4. Wash the carrots and cut them into strips.

5.Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to the shrimps, mix well and set aside.(Threaded shrimps are used here)

6. Pour oil into the hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

7. Add the shrimp and stir-fry for a while.
