Green and red peppers ( five or six ) | Sea cucumber (a pound) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Cilantro (appropriate amount) | Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to cook sea cucumbers

1.Cut the chilies into shreds, pour in hot oil and stir-fry until cooked

2.Sea cucumber Remove the internal organs, wash and cut into rings, set aside for later use
