How to cook chicken wings with potatoes

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Wash the chicken wings, ginger and green onions, peel and wash the potatoes.

2. Cut the potatoes into slightly thicker slices, shred the ginger, and chop the green onions.

3. Cut two knives on each side of the chicken wings (not too deep, mainly for the flavor).

4.Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and half a tablespoon of cooking wine to the chicken wings, add ginger slices and mix Marinate evenly for half an hour.

5.Put a little oil in the pot, pour in the potatoes and fry until they are about half cooked, ( Low heat (no need to add water).

Tips
1.Soak the chicken wings in water for 2 hours, changing the water several times during the process (I soaked it for half a day).If there is no time to soak, just wash it and blanch it before marinating.2.Just put a little oil in the fried potatoes.3.Chicken has its own flavor, so there is no need to add additional chicken essence or MSG.(I use sugar to make it fresh).
