How to make tomato pangasius

1.Buy in general supermarkets The pangasius fish are all frozen fish pieces.After thawing, drain the water and cut into cubes or slices.Add pepper and starch and marinate for 15 minutes

2.Wash the tomatoes, slide them with a knife a few times and soak them in boiling water for 3 minutes, peel and cut into small pieces and put them on a plate for later use.

3.Cut the onion into cubes and set aside

4. Heat oil in the pot, put the fish pieces into the pot one by one, fry until golden brown on both sides, remove and set aside
