Bean sprouts ( 250g ) | Pork belly ( 100g ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Green onion ( Adequate amount ) | Dried chili pepper ( one ) |
cilantro ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
How to make fried meat with bean sprouts

1.Wash the bean sprouts in water, blanch them in hot water, and soak them for 3-5 minutes

2. Prepare onions, ginger and other accessories, and cut the meat into shreds
