Ingredients
Dried tofu ( 150g ) | Garlic sprouts ( 150 grams ) | Pork belly ( 100g ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
Ginger ( 1 piece ) | Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( A few ) |
Scallions ( 3 roots ) | Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Laoganma flavored tempeh ( 1 spoon ) |
How to stir-fry garlic sprouts and dry them

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the washed pork belly and a few peppercorns and ginger , scallions and cook for 15 minutes.

3.Put the garlic rhizome open with a knife (it is easier to ripen and taste), and cut it into small sections.

4. Cut the dried tofu into strips.

5. Cut the cooked pork belly into small strips.

6. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 50% hot.

7. Add pork belly and stir-fry for a while to release the oil.

8. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

9.Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add the dried tofu and stir-fry evenly.

11. Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

12.Add a spoonful of Laoganma flavored tempeh and stir-fry for a while before serving.

13. Adding pork belly to fried tofu will make it more fragrant and oily!
