How to make assorted vegetables (stir-fried vegetables)

1. Prepare the main ingredients: leeks, cabbage, bean sprouts (mung bean sprouts are more suitable) vermicelli, eggs, and fungus.

2.Cut the cabbage into shreds and soak in water
