Ingredients
Asparagus ( 5 roots ) | Carrot ( 1/3 root ) |
Yam ( 1 paragraph ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |
Edible oil ( 15g ) | Sugar ( 1g span> ) |
Recipe for stir-fried yam with asparagus, carrots

1. Prepare the main ingredients: peel the carrots and yams , remove the old stems of asparagus and peel off the old skin.

2. Cut yams, carrots and asparagus into slices and set aside.

3. Boil water in a pot, and after the water boils, add a little salt and oil (dosage in ingredient list outside).

4.Put in all the vegetables and blanch them.

5.Put it into cold or ice water after death.
