Ingredients
Turbot ( 1 approx.500g ) | Lemon ( 1 ) |
Ginger ( 30 grams ) | Scallions ( 30g ) |
Red pepper ( 1 small piece ) | Steamed fish drum oil ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Oil ( 1 tablespoon ) | Salt ( 1g ) |
Recipe of lemon turbot

1. Prepare the main ingredients.

2.Half of the ginger is sliced, half shredded, and green onion cut into sections.

3. Remove the inner flesh from the red pepper and cut into thin strips.

4.Wash the turbot and make 3 cuts on the front.

5. Put half of the ginger slices and green onion slices.

6.Put 1 gram of salt and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.

7. Apply evenly on both sides and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

8.Pick out the flavored ginger and green onion.

9. Place lemon slices, green onion segments and all the remaining ginger on the bottom of the steaming plate piece.

10.Put the fish on top and spread some shredded ginger and green onions on the front of the fish.

11. Boil water in a steamer, put it in after the water boils, and steam over high heat for 7 minutes.

12. Remove.

13. Pick up the ginger, green onion and lemon slices, and transfer the fish to a clean plate , sprinkle with remaining ginger, green onion and red pepper shreds.

14. Heat oil in a pot.

15.After pouring the steamed fish with soy sauce, pour hot oil.

16. Squeeze some lemon juice and serve while hot.
Tips
1.Lemon can effectively remove the fishy smell and still has fragrance.There is no need to add cooking wine to taste.
2.Depending on the size of the fish, the steaming time can be slightly adjusted.
3.The drum oil can be placed before the hot oil or after it, depending on the style.
