How to make garlic crayfish

1. Prepare salad oil, minced garlic, salt, MSG, sugar, Orleans marinade

2. First wash the crayfish with water and boil it in a pot of water.

3. Heat the salad oil, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant

4.Add in the blanched crayfish and stir-fry until flavourful, add sugar, monosodium glutamate and salt

5.Continue to stir-fry the seasoned crayfish until the flavor is absorbed
