Small vegetarian chicken ( two ) | Red pepper (One-third of each) |

Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( Three teaspoons ) |
Corn oil ( appropriate amount ) | MSG (appropriate amount) |
Scallions ( three ) | Garlic ( two cloves ) |
June fresh white soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry vegetarian chicken in oyster sauce

1.Wash the vegetarian chicken, green onions, red and green peppers, garlic and shallots separately

2.Slice the vegetarian chicken, cut the green onions into large pieces, cut the shallots into sections, slice the garlic, and slice the red and green peppers p>

3. Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic and scallions first and stir until fragrant

4.Pour in the vegetarian chicken and stir-fry

5.Add red and green peppers and stir-fry evenly

6.Add water and add June Fresh White Soy Sauce

7.Put in Oyster sauce

Tips
Saute the garlic and green onions first, then add the vegetarian chicken and stir-fry , oyster sauce is salty, so be sure to check the saltiness when adding salt.
