Ingredients
White radish ( 500g ) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
| Cornmeal ( 100g ) | Cilantro ( A little ) |
Garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Balsamic vinegar ( 1 spoon ) | Chili oil ( Two spoons ) |
Sesame oil ( a little ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make steamed cornmeal shredded radish

1.Peel the radish and grate into shreds.

2.Add appropriate amount of salt, mix evenly, and let it sit for ten minutes.

3. Beat the eggs.

4. Chop the garlic and coriander into mince.

5. Squeeze the shredded radish out of the water.

6.Add egg liquid and mix well.

7.Add cornmeal in portions and mix well.

8. Stir until every shredded radish is coated with cornmeal.

9. Bring water to a boil, add shredded radish and steam for 20 minutes

10.Take a small bowl and add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, coriander, sesame oil and chili pepper Mix the oil evenly.(The chili oil happened to be gone, so I didn’t add it)

11. Take the shredded radish out of the pot and put it on a plate , pour on the sauce and mix evenly.
