Braised How to make chicken wings

2. Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts on each side.

3. Blanch the chicken wings and drain them.

4.Cut green onions and garlic slices.

5. Pour oil into the pot, add rock sugar and simmer until red.

6.Pour in the chicken wings and stir-fry to color

7. Pour in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

8. Pour in appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium to low heat for about 20 minutes.

9. Add salt, chicken essence, and reduce the juice over high heat.

10. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
Boil the sugar over low heat to avoid overheating the pot and causing a bitter taste that will affect the taste.
