How to make crab roe tofu

1. Prepare the materials.

2.Chop the ginger slices into minced ginger and set aside.

3. Cut the crab sticks in half into small pieces and set aside.

4. Cut the tofu into small pieces and set aside.

5.Pick out the salted egg yolk and set aside.

Tips
The thickness of the soup can be adjusted by adding water starch and water.If you want it to be thicker, add more water starch, and if you want it to be thinner, add more water.
