Light soy sauce ( a spoonful ) | Oyster sauce ( one spoon ) |

How to make minced pork and cabbage

1.Wash the cabbage.

2.Cut the cabbage into sections and dice the pork.

3. Boil water in a pot and blanch the cabbage.

4. Remove from cold water.

5. Drain and place on a plate.

6. Heat the oil in the pot, add the diced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

7. Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce and stir well.

8.Turn off the engine.

9. Pour it on the cabbage and then drizzle a little chili oil.
Tips
The salt in oyster sauce and light soy sauce is enough, no need to add additional salt.
