Winter bamboo shoots ( 500g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 8 ) |

How to stir-fry winter bamboo shoots with shiitake mushrooms

1.Prepare the required materials.Cut the mushrooms in half and into quarters.Cut the winter bamboo shoots into diamond shapes and set aside.

2. Heat the pot and pour in appropriate amount of cooking oil.

3. Put the onion, ginger and garlic into the pot first and stir-fry.

4. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until the mushroom flavor develops.

5.Add winter bamboo shoots and stir-fry.

6.Add cooking wine, light soy sauce and sugar one after another and stir-fry.

7.Finally add appropriate amount of water.

8. Cover the pot and simmer for three minutes.

9. Before serving, add some chicken essence and sesame oil and stir-fry evenly.

10. Take it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.The flavors of shiitake mushrooms and winter bamboo shoots go very well together.A dish to go with a meal.
Tips
Wash the mushrooms, squeeze out the water, and fry them quickly until fragrant.The winter bamboo shoots I bought are packaged, so you can take them out and wash them before frying them.
