Broccoli: enhance immunity, antioxidant, protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Seafood ( 250g ) | Broccoli ( 1 head ) |
Onions ( 1 piece ) | Ginger ( 2 pieces ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Oil ( 5 grams ) |
| Salt ( 3 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
How to stir-fry seafood broccoli

1. Add cooking wine, salt and oyster sauce to the seafood meat.

2.Stir evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Stir-fry the broccoli in boiling water.

4. Take out and pour water and set aside.

5.Put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry.

6. Add the marinated seafood and stir-fry evenly.

7.Add some light soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

8. Cook for three minutes until the seafood is basically cooked.

9.Pour in the broccoli and stir-fry, then add a small amount of salt.

10. Stir-fry the vegetables for one minute and they are ready to serve.

11.The delicious seafood and vegetables are ready to eat.
Tips
The vegetables should be fried lightly, but they would be too soft and not tasty.Be sure to add oyster sauce and cooking wine when marinating seafood to remove the fishy smell!
