How to make spicy shrimp
1. Trim the whiskers and heads of fresh shrimps, open the back and remove the shrimp lines, wash and add half a tablespoon of cornstarch, mix well and set aside
2.Crush the ginger and garlic into pieces as shown in the picture

3.Cut coriander into sections and set aside

4.Dried chili peppers Cut into sections, rinse with water and set aside

5.Half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

6. Take half a teaspoon each of chicken powder and sugar, add 2 tablespoons of water, stir the juice and set aside

7.Ginger and garlic fried

8.Heat the oil temperature to 160-180 degrees (wooden chopsticks are inserted into the oil to bubble), fry the shrimps for about 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp shells are red and crisp, take them out

9. Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the fried ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant

10.Pour in the fried shrimps, add a spoonful of Laoganma black bean spicy sauce, and stir-fry quickly

11.Pour in the prepared sauce, add half a tablespoon of chili oil and coriander segments

12.Add sesame oil to the pan, put on a plate, sprinkle with a little sesame seeds, and mix well.
