Ingredients
Squid ( 350g ) | Chives ( 150g ) |
Salt ( 5g ) | Cooking wine ( 10g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 5 grams ) | Cumin ( 10 grams ) |
How to stir-fry squid and leeks
1.Wash the leeks, remove the roots, and cut into knuckle-length sections-

2. Wash the squid tentacles and remove the saw teeth in the suction cup (I used the leftover part from making the squid rings and some strips cut from the squid plate)

3.Put it into hot water of 70 or 80 degrees and blanch it quickly

4. Remove and drain the water and set aside.Be careful not to blanch them until they are fully cooked.Take them out immediately if they change color slightly.

5. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic slices, add leeks and stir-fry for a few times

6.Pour in the squid tentacles, add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir-fry quickly over high heat

7.After stirring well, sprinkle a little cumin powder and serve out

8.Plate and eat
