Ingredients
Chicken Heart ( 280g ) | Green garlic sprouts ( 2 roots ) |
Onion ( Half head ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
Cooking wine ( a small amount ) | White pepper ( 2 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
How to stir-fry chicken hearts with green garlic sprouts
1. Prepare chicken hearts.

2. Cut the chicken hearts in the middle.

3.Put it into water and rinse the blood.

4. Remove and set aside.

5. Cut the green garlic seedlings into sections.

6. Cut the onion into shreds.

7. Pour in cooking wine and salt and marinate for ten minutes.

8. Place hot water in a pot and blanch the chicken hearts.

9.After the chicken hearts change color, remove them and set aside.

10.Put oil in the pot and sauté the onions until fragrant.

11. Add the green garlic and white and stir-fry.

12.Pour in the chicken hearts and stir-fry.

13.Pour in light soy sauce.

14.Add in salt.

15.Put in white pepper.

16.Add the green part of the garlic sprouts and stir-fry.
