How to make scrambled eggs with oyster mushrooms

1. Prepare ingredients, wash and set aside.

2.Tear the oyster mushrooms into small florets and beat the eggs.

3. Slice green onions.

4.Put oil in the pot, fry the eggs, take them out and set aside.

5. Leave the base oil in the pot and sauté the green onions until fragrant.

6. Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.

7. Add salt and stir-fry evenly.
