Ingredients
Silver carp ( 1 approx.1500 grams ) | Grated ginger (appropriate amount) |
| Scallions ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( 30g ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 10g ) | Light soy sauce ( 20g ) |
Salt ( 10 grams ) | Pepper ( 3 grams ) |
MSG ( 2 grams ) | Edible oil ( appropriate amount span> ) |
Chopped green onion ( a little ) | Dried chili pepper (appropriate amount) |
How to cook braised silver carp

1.Clean the silver carp inside and out, score it with a few cuts, then apply salt on the inside and outside and marinate for one hour

2. Prepare minced ginger, minced garlic, crushed dried chili pepper, minced millet pepper, chopped green onion and green onion segments

3.Rinse the marinated silver carp inside and out

4.Put the pot on the fire, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and heat it until it is 70% hot

5.Hold the fish tail with your hands and fry the fish head first

Tips
The marinating time of silver carp should not be less than one hour, and the salt can be more Don’t use less.If you use more, you can rinse part of the fish without making it salty.If you use less, it will be difficult to control the saltiness.
