Garlic moss ( 150g ) | Five-spice dried tofu ( 5 pieces ) |
Carrot ( 30 grams ) | Onions ( 5 grams ) |

How to stir-fry dried tofu with garlic moss

1. Prepare ingredients, garlic moss, spiced dried beans, carrots.

2.Garlic moss, carrots, dried red pepper cut into sections, spiced dried beans cut into thin slices, green onions , cut ginger into small pieces.Pepper, chicken powder, oyster sauce, Thai sweet and spicy sauce, set aside.

3.Soak the garlic moss in hot water for one minute, take it out and run it through cold water.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and dried chili segments, small Fire and stir-fry.

Tips
It would be better if the dried tofu is cut thinner.Add oyster sauce and sweet chili sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, the stir-fried dish tastes particularly delicious!
