Pork ( 300g ) | Egg ( One ) |
Green onions (appropriate amount) | Steamed buns (half span> ) |

Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Chop or blend the minced meat

2.Beat minced meat Add an egg, chop green onions, add salt and oil and stir

3. Add chicken essence and cooking wine and mix Evenly, add a little starch

4.Take a white steamed bun and take half of the bun off

5.Tear into small pieces, add a little more water if it feels dry

Tips
Knead the meatballs in your hands for a while to prevent them from falling apart.Put them in the oil pan to set and then turn them over
If you don’t want to steam them, you can also add sauce and water to simmer the meatballs
