Pork How to make meatballs

1. Wash and slice the pork and chop it into meat.filling.Clean and chop lotus root.Wash and chop the onion and ginger, then add the minced lotus root into the meat filling.

2. Add the chopped green onion and ginger.Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch and one egg white, and stir evenly in one direction.Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then turn to medium-low heat, form the meat filling into meatballs and add them to the pot.

3. Skim the scum in the pot.After boiling, take out the meatballs and put them in cold water for a while before taking them out.
