How to stir-fry shredded pork with tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients first, cut the tofu into pieces according to personal preference, and then marinate the meat for about 10 minutes (use ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oil, salt, sugar, corn flour , cooking wine), sauce (water, oil, soy sauce, corn flour, cooking wine) and set aside.

Tips
It is recommended to boil the tofu in boiling water first to avoid the fishy taste.After the tofu is cooked to a slightly saucey color, you can test whether the flavor is sufficient.Coriander or chives can be used according to personal preference.
