Okra ( One pound ) | Eggs ( 3 pieces ) |
Red pepper ( 2 pieces ) | Garlic ( 3 pcs ) |
Edible salt ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( a little ) |

1. Prepare the required ingredients.

2. Take a small bowl and beat the eggs, then add a little cooking wine to remove the smell.

3.Add a small spoonful of salt.

4. Stir the egg liquid.

5. Wash and remove the peppers and peel the garlic.

6.Cut the pepper into small sections, slice the garlic and set aside.

7. Wash the okra and drain the water.

8.Go to a small pot, add an appropriate amount of water and a spoonful of salt.Cook over high heat until the water boils.

Tips
You don’t need to blanch okra for too long, as overripe okra will lose its nutrients.
You can also add white wine to the egg liquid to remove the smell.
