Pork belly: moisturizing
Ingredients
Pork belly (1kg) | Barbecued pork sauce ( 2 tablespoons span> ) |
Granulated sugar ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Secret barbecued pork recipe

1.Wash the pork belly, drain and set aside.

2.Add 2 tablespoons of barbecued pork sauce.

3. Mix well and immerse for 1 hour.

4. Preheat a non-stick pan and add a little oil.

5.Put the soaked pork belly into the pot and fry over medium-low heat.

6. Fry until the surface is slightly golden brown, turn over and continue frying.

7.Add appropriate amount of edible water and sugar, cover and cook for about ten minutes.
