hairtail ( 400g ) | Pure rapeseed Oil ( 30g ) |
Shaoxing rice wine ( 30 grams ) | Ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Green and red peppers, green onions ( One each ) | Cornstarch, sugar ( a small amount ) |
Recipe of braised hairtail
1. Wash the hairtail and remove the internal organs, cut the fish body into small pieces, add salt and spread evenly
2.Cut green and red peppers, green onions, ginger and garlic and set aside

3.Heat the rapeseed oil in a wok.When the oil temperature is 80%, add the hairtail and fry until both sides are golden brown
