Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make garlic chicken wings

1. Wash and cut ginger and garlic and set aside.

2. Wash the chicken wings, make a few cuts with a knife, add water to the pot and set aside.

3. Heat oil in the pan and fry both sides until golden.

4. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add hot water, nothing but chicken wings.

6. Then add salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.

7. When the soup is dry, take it out of the pot.
