How to cook prawns in dry pot

1.Seasoning preparation.

2. Cut onions and potatoes into strips, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.

3. Remove the heads, claws, and threads of the prawns in advance and wash them thoroughly.Stir-fry the prawns in the oil pan, stir-out the shrimp oil and set aside.

4. Use the remaining oil from the shrimp stir-fry to stir-fry the potatoes until golden brown, remove and set aside.

Tips
The shrimps need to be stir-fried to produce shrimp oil, and the potatoes should be stir-fried with shrimp oil to get more flavor.It requires patience and constant stir-frying.
Add Pixian Doubanjiang and Dahongpao according to personal taste.This tastes slightly spicy to me.
A small amount of salt is required because the seasonings are all salty.
