Air-dried pig ears ( 1 piece (used half) ) | Large green pepper ( 1 ) |
| Bell pepper ( 1/3 ) | Garlic ( 1 clove ) |
Green onion ( Half cut ) | Rapeseed oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
How to make air-dried pig ears with double pepper

1. Prepare a pig ear and cook it for an hour in advance.

2.Wash the large green pepper, remove the seeds and cut into pieces

3.Wash and cut bell peppers
4.Peel, wash and slice garlic
5.Wash the green onions and cut them diagonally

6.Cut green onion leaves into sections

7.Slice pig ears into thin slices

8.Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil into the hot pot

9. Cook scallions and white garlic slices in oil and saute until fragrant

10.Pour in the pig ears and stir-fry

11.Add green pepper cubes Stir-fry for 15 seconds

12.Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 15 seconds

13.Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry evenly

14.Add a little chicken essence and stir-fry evenly
15.Add green onion leaves

16. Stir fry evenly

17. Remove from pot and plate
