How to make fried meat

1. Wash and dry the pork tenderloin and cut into thin pieces.Uniform long strip shape.Add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and a small amount of salt and stir evenly.

2.Put it in the refrigerator and marinate for one hour.
