Ingredients

Recipe for Bullfrog Seafood Spicy Hot Pot

1. Prepare the ingredients, dried shiitake mushrooms, yuba, kelp, and day lily to soak in advance.(You can also prepare other side dishes you like)

2.Open the back of the shrimp and remove the lines , remove the internal organs of the octopus and wash it, wash the bullfrog, cut it into pieces, add chopped ginger, cooking wine, and pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.Remove the roots of the day lily, cut the mushrooms into strips, cut the kelp into pieces, and cut the yuba.

10.Add bullfrog, shrimp and octopus and stir-fry evenly.

Tips
