Recipe of mutton stewed with potatoes

1.Cut potatoes, carrots, onions into cubes, and cut ginger into strips

2. Prepare the accessories , the peppers can be increased or decreased according to personal taste

3. Cut the beef into pieces, bring to a boil and pour in cooking wine , take it out when the surface is bloodless, wash with warm water and set aside for later use

5.Add mutton and stir-fry
