How to make leeks in lazy egg buns

1.Put the leeks in water, soak them and wash them thoroughly

2.Wash the leeks and cut them into sections

3.Put the leeks into a bowl and add salt

4.Grab the leeks and knead them evenly

5.Crack the eggs into the leeks

6.Use chopsticks to stir evenly , spare

7.Heat the pan with oil

8.Pour in the leek and egg liquid

9.Wait until the bottom of the eggs solidifies, then stir-fry

10.Stir fry until the surface of the eggs is dry and golden, turn off the heat and serve out
